I’m a sucker for seer sucker and this Apparis bow top blouse is no different. On the website it’s tied in the back, but I wanted to mix it up for these photos and show the versatility of the top, because I quite like the tie in the front as well. I talked about Apparis here and I just think their item are adorable. it’s crazy to think that in a few weeks, summer will be over. Although I remember it being SO hot all the way into October last year, so maybe I’ll keep wearing my summer clothes a bit longer. The way I look at it is that I always wish for the cold at the end of summer and then vice versa once winter has been around for a bit. Why is it that we wish things away? At least come April I’ll be in short sleeves and everyone else will still be in sweaters, right? The grass is always greener I guess. 🙂

How was everyone’s weekend? We had such an amazing day yesterday. We woke up early, worked out, did a few errands and ended with a picnic and dinner at home. Sometimes those simple days are my absolute favorites. They don’t cost a ton, are low key, but I feel like they are the memorable ones. Speaking of not wishing things away and living life, we watched “Seeking a Friend for the End of the World” last night after dinner. Talk about an odd movie, but also kind of sweet. Have you seen it? It’s kind of one of those movies that make you feel awkward while you’re watching it and yet, also kind of has a good message.

Anyway, we’re back to Monday and I’m happy to have another one. I’ll still be filling my coffee cup to the brim and watching the clock until 5pm, but that doesn’t mean I’m any less thankful to have it. Have a great day friends and thanks for reading.

    Adore that look! So perfect for a picnic, what a fun day! I haven’t seen the movie, but it’s been sitting in my Netflix queue forever. I love Keira Knightley! (Definitely think she and Steve Carrell would make a weird couple though lol!) Maybe I’ll watch it soon!
