Wowza, I look pregnant in these pics! Anyone who has kids or is currently pregnant knows, that’s your bump definitely fluctuates depending on food intake, ect. (just like your belly!). It looks like I ate a whole Thanksgiving turkey in these pics! haha Oh well, I know it’s bound to get/stay that big eventually, so I’m embracing it, but as I was editing these photos I just thought to myself “well, I’m definitely bumpin’ now!”

I’m still loving this maternity dress that I’ve posted about a few times on Instagram and since fall is right around the corner, I thought it would be the perfect piece for layering and busting out my brooches. Do you own any? A few years ago, I got a Chanel brooch and it is one of my favorite pieces in my jewelry box, but I also love adding fun/unexpected ones into my collection as well. This feather brooch from 7 Charming Sisters is lightweight and lovely (and affordable too!). I posted about them here before, they have such a great selection of costume type jewelry that is affordable AND cute (winner, winner), just like this feather brooch. I know a lot of people think of older style and their grandmothers when they think of brooches, but I personally love them and love shopping for them (how cute is this one?). I think they add such an unexpected touch to a jacket, blazer or coat. Sometimes I’ll even pin one on a scarf I’m wearing for a little more bedazzle! 🙂
