Transition Turtleneck

October 5, 2015

 Turtleneck / Shoes (similar) / Clutch (old, similar) / Bracelet c/o / Bracelets / Pants / Sunglasses

I love this turtleneck for those fall but not yet chilly days. When I was searching for it to link, I stumbled upon this dress and I mean, how adorable. I might have to snag the tan for fall. I think it would look adorable with some boots and a hat!

If you follow me on snapchat (welchie24), you know I was home this past weekend. My mom had been asking me to come home all summer long and I kept hoping Aaron would have some time off to come along. He didn’t, so I caved and left him at home with the pups. As much as I miss him when I’m away, it was nice to be around my parents and sisters for the weekend. I often don’t stop to think about how much I truly miss all of them and even though they are a crazy bunch, I was a little sad/nostalgic to fly back home to NC on Sunday. It’s always a constant battle to decide if we should move back to Ohio after Aaron’s residency, but I can see why being close to family once you have a family of your own is so important.

I’d love to hear your opinion. If you have little ones, do you live close or far from family? Is it so hard?

Happy Monday, I hope it’s short and the coffee is strong!

This is a decision I think about EVERYDAY. Move back home closer to family or keep my beloved independence here in Mexico?

Love the heels! I understand that feeling, my parents just moved away so I don't have family left here in NC either. My fiance and I would love to move closer to family in the future!
