Following up from Tuesday’s post, here is a simple chignon which is an extension of the Side Flip post located here. I’ve found that updo’s require a bit of patience, a lot of bobby pins and a fly by the seat of your pants attitude. As you can see, mine is a little messy and should have been spread out more (working without a mirror is not conducive to video making), but its nothing more pins, a bit of hair spray and some extra time couldn’t fix. I just didn’t want the video to be a century long. Don’t get discouraged, if its not working out how its supposed to, try again! π
Simple Chignon #1.
Hair length: Shoulder to long, Actually easier if your hair is a bit shorter than mine.
Difficulty: 3.5 bobby pins
|
See those hairs sticking out the bottom? Nothing a little bobby pin and spray can’t fix!
What do you think? Would you wear this style? Will you try it out? Let me know if you have any questions! Dont forget to follow me on Pinterest here.
P.S. Sorry fur baby keeps making appearances towards the end of my videos.

This is such a cute style, Amy! I tried it recently, however, and my hair just too long for it right now, haha. Once I tuck it in, there's still so much left out. I need to get it cut soon so I'll have to try again! π
Lovely tutorial! I will try it!
