Jose Eber and a Giveaway!

A few weeks ago,  the company behind the celebrity branded Jose Eber hair product line sent me some items to try out! This actually came at the perfect time since my CHI has just broken and I was debating on whether or not to try out a new brand (I have had numerous CHI’s break sadly).

First Up: “The World’s Fastest Flat Iron”. This iron really is fast. It heats up in five seconds as advertised and glides smoothly over hair without pulling or tugging. I was skeptical at first about it being able to straighten my coarse/thick hair, but as soon as I plugged it in and began, I was pleasantly surprised! It honestly worked just as good as my CHI- if not better.

Pros: Heats quickly, smooth glide and has heat controlled dial to adjust temperature.
Cons: Wish the plate was slightly thicker.

In addition to the straightener, they also sent over a couple of curling irons. First of all, they sent “The Trio Clipless Curling Iron” which comes with three interchangeable barrels allowing for different sized curls and waves. Lastly, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, I received a PINK 32mm Clipless Curling Iron.

Pros to both: Heat quickly, lightweight, easy to use
Cons: takes some getting used to if you typically use a curling iron- I recommend wearing the glove. The TRIO has a temperature gauge, but the 32mm does not.

Overall, I think all of these items are great. I really love the interchangeable heads on the Trio and the straightener heats quick and is HOT. I actually plan on continuing to use the straightener instead of purchasing something else and as far as the clipless curling irons, I obviously have been using them for a few weeks in my posts and love them. Once you get the hang of the wand, it’s so easy and fast!
