Bright colors seem to be everywhere this spring, so today Lauren from Style Elixir and I have teamed up to show two ways that we wear brights! Isn’t she the cutest? I picked up this little neon number from Forever21 a couple of weeks back, and surprisingly, it’s really nice quality. It’s been on repeat a couple of times and husband just give me the “that bright shirt again”look. That’s right Mister!

I don’t know why, but whenever I pick up a bright, it seems to be a greenish yellow color; however, I also love Lauren’s bright coral pants contrasted with the little white peplum top. One great thing about buying bright pants is that they can be more versatile than a simple blouse. Something to keep in mind when you’re trying to add some spunk to your wardrobe this spring.

On another note, I have some good news for you all. Tomorrow is Friday, wa-who! We’re heading to Durham for the weekend to find a new home for when we move- wish us luck!     I love the color of your blouse, and especially how it matches the yellow in your jacket, it's a great look! And how adorable is Lauren's peplum top? Both of you look great! I find that when wearing brights it's best to keep the rest of the look neutral, and these two looks are perfect examples 🙂

    My favorite spring trend is black and white patterns with a simple pop of color!! I have so much black and white in my closet and it excites me that I can mix so many patterns with a nice bright color. 🙂
