 Hey all, sadly our honeymoon is at an end. While we fly back t the states, all.day, Jacquelyn is here to tell you all about her inspiration (I love what she did below, so fun!).
Hi CB&BP friends!  I’m
Jacquelyn and I blog over at justjacq where I write about whatever pops into
this little noggin of mine.  I tend to focus on daily observations, eats,
moves, and fashion.  About a year ago I got really into reading blogs and
started finding new to me and fabulous reads, one of them being Miss Amy
here!  I loved looking at fashion bloggers outfits and seeing how they put
different pieces together because it gave me some much needed
inspiration! 
 
If you follow me on Pinterest you’ll notice I have a new board
called Blogspiration. 
I created this board to gather my favorite outfits to easily reference
later.  Then I thought… hey! why don’t I start publicly recreating these
looks and show how easy it is to be inspired by everyday women.  So often
we take our fashion inspiration from celebrities, and that’s great, but I wanted
to show how someone just like me can be an inspiration too. 

 

One of the things I try to do in my
blog is to be pretty transparent about my life.  I’m not rich or the size
I want to be and I don’t try to hide that.  This is especially true in any
fashion posts.  I focus on creating posts with pieces I already own and if
it’s a post where I’m not wearing the items, then I feature pieces I would buy
and can afford. Because of that you will rarely see anything over $50 or brand
new.  Most of my clothes I’ve owned for a while or were bought on serious
clearance. 
Blogspiration is simple.  I’m constantly pinning ideas from my favorite
bloggers and imagining ways to recreate them.  This is a new feature on
justjacq so I welcome you to follow me and watch how I recreate more looks!
I might not have her fabulous shoes, but I think I did
pretty good with my own pair.

    I love your version of the outfit Jacq, and I tend to check out fashion blogs for the same reasons – to see what I can do with the piece I do own! I shop kind of often, but usually at thrift stores (like I posted about today) or cheap stores like Forever21. You look fabulous!
