Hey hey, today Im sharing a snippet into our home which includes our gallery wall. It’s been a long time in the making (long as in since June when we moved). I always find a gallery wall to be so difficult to get just right, but I can say I am completely happy with how our turned out (for now at least). Just as I’ve said before, home decorating is never really finished. I’d love to take those tall grass plants and get something different for the sides of the television. Plus, my husband hates that they block the sides of the screen. Oops.

In all honesty, I thought about doing a DIY on how to make a gallery wall, but I really think it’s self explanatory. You take your space (ours was a cutout) figure out what the focal point is (wedding pic and around TV) and then just start rearranging. Instead of making 12530872507 holes with trial and error, I lay my gallery wall out on the floor before hanging. Once I figure out the configuration I want, I just start hanging one by one. It may not be the best way, but it’s the way that works for me without cutting paper, hanging paper and then hanging frames.

    I love Let's Party and Creme de la Creme! I have a collage wall- three wood prints and two canvas prints. The two in the middle are when my husband and I were dating a year and three are from our wedding.

    Doing a gallery wall isn't easy and usually I'm the only one home to hang pictures… so I'm usually using my best judgement on where is the right spot!! You did a great job!

    I have a gallery wall too, and laying out all the pieces really is the best way to do it. I love yours! I need some more little pieces.
