 Hump day! Hooray. Even though my days all flow together while I job search, Aaron is off tomorrow which mean perhaps we can spend some of the day outside or just doing nothing at all which is completely fine with me. It makes the sting of not being at #nyfw a little less.

Who doesn’t love stripes+stripes? If you follow me on instagram (@amy_cbandbp), you know that last week I changed my hair up and dyed it dark. Obviously, these pictures were taken before that. For those in the triangle area that have asked, I went to Brittany at Posh Salon and really liked her. I already booked my apt. for next time! My husband prefers me as a blonde, but I love the easiness of having one color, not worrying about roots etc. Of course, I say this today, tomorrow Ill probably be wanting golden locks again. The grass is always greener!

    I talk to my husband about my hair, but at the end of the day, it is my thing. I cut it short a couple of years ago, which he really likes and I have liked, too, but now I'm in the mood for something different, so I'm thinking about growing it out again, even though he likes it short. The way I see it, someday my hair will be old and yucky and I won't have as many options, so I should do what I want with it while I can!

    Also: love the stripes! Very cute on you.

    Looking forward to seeing you as a brunette too! I'm always too scared to dye my hair, haha. It's always been semi-permanent and only a shade or two different the few times I've done it 😛 I hear too many horror stories!
