 As I mentioned last week, over Labor Day, we headed to Kentucky for a friends wedding. Boy, was it hot! Luckily, by the end of the night, it had cooled considerably so we were still able to bogey on the dance floor (plus, the air-conditioning helped!)

This Lulu’s dress was perfect for the occasion and I was so thrilled that I was able to wear it before fall. I love the contrast of lace and floral. I debated on wearing a necklace for a bit, but decided against it because I think the dress makes a statement on it’s own. On another note, if you follow me on instagram (@amy_cbandbp), you’ll know we found a snowcone place here in Durham. whhhhatttt! I know! Life changing, we may or may not have had it twice this past weekend. oops! I don’t think that’s something my father-in-law dentist would want to hear, lots of sugar!

Aaron starts nights again this week, so I am back to being quiet during the day and spending the day with my nose in the computer screen job hunting! Send me happy thoughts!
