Trend Link Up: Monochromatic!

Today Im excited to be co-hosting the monochromatic link up with Laura from Walking in Memphis in High Heels and Erin from The Fashion Canvas. I love the sophistication and fun play on color that a monochromatic look can bring. Plus, they are super easy to throw together, because you simply choose one color and then anything goes! I love Laura’s kelly green look and Erin’s blush look. Me, I opted for some edgy green- camo pants from Gap (that I plan to wear all the time this fall) and a faux leather sleeve tee from Zara. I ran some errands in this outfit and I felt pretty bad a**/rocker chick for the day which is what I love about clothing; you can change up your mood or personality for the day with a few quick changes to an outfit.

    I really like the monochromatic look…and think you all did a great job showing this trend off! I LOVE your shirt, Amy. I've been trying to find a shirt with the pop of leather, and this one is so cute.
