This past weekend my brother and sister in law were in town as well as my mother in law- we tried to take advantage of the fall like weather we were having and overall it was a great weekend. I always get a little bummed when visitors leave- I know they’ll be back, but it’s always so uncertain when. I guess we’ll just have to make sure we visit them sooner rather than later! In addition, Aaron’s vacation week has also come to a close, so Im not looking forward to him working long hours again. Even though I worked last week, it was still nice having him home for dinner!
On a more positive note, at the start of his vacation, we went on an official date night. If you follow me on Instagram @amy_cbandbp, you’ll know we went to see Beauty and the Beast on Broadway. I always love a good reason to get a little fancied up and I also LOVE musicals, so it was the perfect way to spend an evening in my opinion. B&B was also amazing and now Im having a hard time picking which musical thus far is my favorite that I’ve seen!
What musical is your favorite?
It really is hard saying goodbye to family when they leave 🙁 Glad they were able to visit, though. Beauty and the Beast is a great one…I saw Toni Braxton play Belle on Broadway many years ago…random, right?!

This dress fits you beautifully Amy! Love that you paired it with classic pieces like your black stilettos and structured purse. As for musicals, I haven't seen too many but thoroughly enjoyed The Lion King. When I was growing up Beauty and the Beast was my favourite movie so I can just imagine what it'd be like on stage!
