This past Sunday after we dropped out visitors at the airport, we headed to the NC State Fair. Having never been before, I really wanted to go and the weather was fantastic Sunday, so we figured why not. 
We walked around, took these pics and ate tons of terrible-for-you food that left me feeling nauseous afterward. Although we both enjoyed ourselves and were glad we went, a fair is a fair in my opinion. Food, games, rides, music acts, etc. Definitely worth visiting once a year, but not something I look forward to for months. We did watch a ventriloquist which was extremely entertaining however. How do you feel about them?
Have you noticed I’ve been on a green kick lately? I can’t help it, the color just seems “fallish” to me and this Lipstick Rose necklace is no exception.     I'm so jealous you made it to a fair this fall! They're my favorite and I try to go every year, but this year it just didn't work out…sad!

    I have a couple of friends going tonight and I just can't decide — I don't love the fair but everyone else in Raleigh seems to be obsessed! The food is yummy but the chaos and a chance of rain tonight makes me think I'm going to skip 🙂
