You’re not imagining things: yes, it’s Monday and yes, my hair is extremely dark. It’s taking some getting used to for me (as it always does). I am so excited about this week because after it, we get to drive home on Sunday and spend a whole week with our loved ones. The best part of all? My husband is off for five days straight- no pagers, no falling asleep at 9pm and no residency. All of those things are definitely something to celebrate just in time for Christmas.

On another note, I love a good chunky statement necklace, but sometimes delicate is just the way to go. I love these two delicate freshwater pearl strands that Truth and Beauty sent over to me. They are the perfect layering necklaces and simply classy.
