D.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s. That’s what this is. I got this recipe from Pinterest and it literally took two minutes to whip up. I am constantly looking for snacks during my work day that are not only healthy, but yummy- and this is perfect.
Here’s what you need:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup or small single serve Greek Yogurt (plain)
- Fruit to dip!
Mix it together and voila! I would note it’s better chilled.
I have had it with apples, bananas and raspberries. All are delightful. Could be good with graham cracker sticks too!

This is what I have been eating everyday for lunch! My local grocery grinds their own peanut butter, so I use that. I'm obsessed!

I just tried this with minor tweaks: all natural PB from a local peanut shop, vanilla greek yogurt, and greek yogurt whipped cream cheese… it was ahh-ma-zing! Thanks for the great recipe inspiration!
