If you follow me on Instagram (@amy_cbandbp), you know I’ve been traveling for work (and some pleasure). I actually am heading to LA next weekend and already plotting how to get three days worth of clothing into a carry-on suitcase (I’m terrible at packing, any tips?). One thing Im not terrible at packing is my carry-on in flight bag though. I always stock it will the bare necessities to make sure I feel and look my best whenever I arrive at my destination. Today I wanted to share with you some of my necessities when Im on the go.
I always carry a scarf or shawl of some sort (have you ever been on a freezing plane where your neighbor is blasting his or her air) Yea me too, enter this Bindya beauty! Snacks, makeup necessities (just bronzer and mascara), an ipad or my laptop, lipsticks, a great magazines/books, sunnies, wallet and cell phone are pretty much staple items. However, something I’ve also been grabbing has been this Venus Snap Razor (also in my everyday bag, not just travel). I have been mortified so many times when I’ve realized my underarms aren’t shaved or my legs need touch ups. This little egg shaped hideaway is the perfect accessory because it’s small and comes in an adorable compact case for a little secrecy. I have an upcoming beach trip planned with my girlfriends and this will definitely be accompanying me on the trip (no one wants to be the hairy friend).
See, isn’t it mini and adorable? It’s become an accessory in my wallet which my husband is thankful for because embarrassingly enough, I literally have made him stop at the gas station before in a sleeveless top because I forgot to shave. This little nugget is bound to prevent those embarrassing moments for sure.
