I think I have every possible accessory on in these pictures. Hat, check. Sunnies, check. Jewelry, check. The most bedazzled (and awesome) shoes ever, check. Now, I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, I love this look and it was perfect-o for walking around all day and exploring a new city. I am simply making an observation. Think it’s too much?

On another note, yesterday I was trying to take a nap when I kept hearing this tapping– tap, tap, tap… I honestly thought someone was in the house..and then I became scared. Im still not adjusted to having all the space in the house and when Aaron’s not home I become a big scaredy cat despite having an alarm system. Long story short, it was the blinds clicking together from the AC. I must admit, once I got the courage to walk downstairs I felt a little silly, but for that 3 minutes, I was sure I was getting murdered.

That dress is adorable!! I just bought it's twin in shirt form. I totally get freaked out when I'm home by myself too, except I probably wouldn't have had the courage to go check what was making the noise!

You're right, there are lots of accessories going on here but my favourite is your "mrs" necklace from Kate Spade! I've had my eye on it for forever. I just had a similar AC-noise-induced scare last night when I was home alone. You'd think I'd be a bit tougher at my age but nope, still jumping! haha
Most nights, right as I'm about to fall into a deep sleep, I hear a sound towards my front door or near my bedroom window and it jolts me awake. My mind instantly goes to horror movie mode, and when I get up to investigate I find it's only something my cats have knocked over. So I know the feeling!
Oh, and I love the bracelet! 🙂

I can totally relate! I'm the biggest scaredy-cat! I get scared when my husbands not home even though we have an alarms system too. And we have a private gate leading up to our house and two big dogs so I'd be hard for someone to sneak up to my house. But being alone is so scarey! At least you could mesmerize your attacker with your fabulous accessories! 🙂

The last silly thing that scared me… this might fall more under a "startled" category but I'm as jumpy as they come and someone said my name today when I wasn't expecting it. Jumped out of my chair!
