During the summer, my go-to looks are casual and simple. 1.
Because both Ohio
and NC are extremely hot and humid and 2. I like to feel comfortable in what
I’m wearing so I can concentrate more on what I’m doing. Aaron and I are
constantly outdoors during the summer (when he’s actually off); attending the
farmer’s market, going to outdoor festivals, hiking or simply sitting on our
back porch enjoying a glass of vino and listening to music. That is one of the
great things about Durham-
we always feel like we have a new summer activity to try out. It’s been such a
great experience exploring a new home with him and we have so many more places we want to explore this summer!

On another note, two weeks ago flew to Cincinnati for the weekend to shower my girlfriend
Misti who is getting married at the end of the month, and also to meet my new
niece. It was such a short trip, but obviously full of fun and laughter. I
choose casual items for packing like this Mott50 dress that’s great for sun
protection. I spent Sunday before heading back to the airport at my parent’s
river property boating, sitting in the sun and hanging out on the deck talking
to my sister- some of my favorite things to do during the summer. I like my
trips and summers to be as easy as possible, no fuss. That’s where Veet comes in. I love

    That dress looks SO comfy and chic and I love the bright colors of the necklace. I've never tried Veet, but I do hate shaving..I'll have to check it out!
