When we lived in Ohio,
I rarely shopped at Nordstrom, not
because I didn’t like it, but because I thought it was out of our one income
budget and also there wasn’t one that close by. However, when we moved to NC
and one actually was close by, my opinions of the store completely changed and
now it’s one of my favorite stores to visit because of it’s versatility. I can
always count on Nordstrom for the exact outfit, beauty or great pair of shoes I need and all at affordable prices. I love everything from their Kate Spade selection to their Savvy shopper section, proving that regardless of budget you can squeeze some nordies in there someplace! 🙂

This is a simple (and cheap) dress I picked up in the juniors section of Nordstrom and wore to a winery this past weekend. It’s a great little place you can take a picnic lunch, sip on some vino and listen to live music. Plus, it’s a beautiful farm with animals and rows of vines. What more could you want on a beautiful Saturday afternoon?
