By the title of my blog,
you may or may not know… I love coffee. It’s a go to drink in the morning
whether at home, the office or meeting friends for a quick cup or latte. With
it being extremely humid in NC right now however, a warm cup of jo isn’t always
the best route, so I’ve been opting for iced coffee. I love picking up a coffee
before work in the morning, but sadly, it gets a little expensive everyday. Luckily,
Keurig has come to my rescue with their new line of Brew Over Ice packs! I picked these up at Walmart, but I have seen them
numerous places and they come in teas and coffees. I thought today I would
share how I brew my iced coffee in the mornings.

share how I brew my iced coffee in the mornings.
- Grab a plastic tumbler.
- Brew desired Kcup flavor. I
picked up the Hazelnut Donut Shop which comes slightly sweetened, (if it
wasn’t, I would add a splash of almond milk or skim milk). It’s great because
you literally just brew the coffee over ice, easy as pie! - Add sweetener if you’d like. I
like my iced coffee slightly more sweet (the brand I bought has a little
bit of sweetened creamer already mixed in), I also picked up some sugar
free flavoring and added a bit to that I also picked the vanilla up from
Walmart. It’s weird… I drink regular coffee black, but like my iced coffee bit sweeter, anyone else take their coffee’s differently based on
temperature? - Sip

I was surprised how
delicious and easy these KCups were. Within minutes I had tasty coffee and was
ready to take on NC’s humidity. Ugh! I know for some people brewing a large pot
of coffee is easier since they can just fridge it, pour and go, but my husband doesn’t
drink coffee, so drinking a whole pot would be hard for me even with how much I
drink. I love the single serve option that Keurig offers!

Yes! Perfect for summer. I love coffee, but usually just drink it when it's cold outside because I don't want to get my sweat on while heading into work. :/

This looks so good! I've been making iced coffee every morning before work this summer – I literally couldn't survive without my morning caffeine intake! Unfortunately I don't think we get this brand in the U.K 🙁 xx
