Thank you all for your sweet words about my blogiversary and also blogging. As cheesy as it sounds I am so thankful for each of you!
This is a simple white on white look I wore when my girlfriends were visiting. I picked up this shirt shopping around Chapel Hill with them and met the sweetest blog reader. I have to admit, I was looking a little slummy and I was embarrassed she noticed me, but very flattered nonetheless! That’s one of the greatest things about blogging, you never know who you will meet! I actually met a coworker (yes, a coworker who knew me for my blog before she knew me for position at work) through blogging and she and I have quickly become friends. I am very thankful! |
White Out
Wednesday means one day closer to the weekend. Tonight my MIL is coming into town and I’m looking forward to grabbing dinner with her! Have a great day loves and thanks for reading!
This top is adorable! I love that not all of it is chiffon. The "white out" looks good on you!

Hot shoes! I love the "white out," you definitely make it look summery!

Girlfriend, this shirt needs a white camisole underneath. It's a darling shirt but the see-through bare stomach doesn't do you any favors.
Love your blog! You're a cutie!
A shirt underneath would look absurd. It's summer! You look easy breezy beautiful!
xo,
Lisa
I'm loving the pop of blue from your bag!

Perfect look dear! 🙂

Lisa, I'll bet Amy has already tried putting a white camisole under this shirt since I wrote my comment.
It would provide an unbroken line of white yet still show off the sheerness and how the shirt floats away from the body. All this without the distraction of seeing darker skin underneath. The way this shirt is worn in this post looks unfinished – even for play clothes.
Thank you for the advice! Point taken. I guess I always struggle with sheer tops, so I was trying to take a risk that I suppose didn't work! You win some, you lose some! Thank you for the feedback though, it is always appreciated and taken into account!
I love those shoes! I had some similar Lauren Conrad ones that my puppy ATE. Gah.
