- Phyllo cups
- Brie (without rind)
- Toppings (i.e. honey, apple slices, fruit preserves, sliced almonds)
- Cut little pieces of Brie
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted
- Top with toppings while warm
- Skinny Girl Popcorn (20% calorie savings!)
- Cilantro
- Red Pepper
- Lime
**I also love other flavors like butter/garlic with a little sauteed garlic and basil- yum!
- Pop corn (so easy)
- Top with cilantro, red pepper, lime, etc.
- Toss and Serve
**This popcorn is also delicious alone if you’re not feeling up for the extras.
- Goat Cheese Log
- Red Pepper Jelly
- Crackers or Baguette bread
- Top bread or crackers with goat cheese (at room temp) and top with pepper jelly.
