I think I’ve told you all before what a big snacker I am- but I always try to munch on snacks that are somewhat healthy. I am a big fan of chick peas and while we often have them as a side for dinner, I also enjoy roasted chick peas for easy snack popping. I had been roasting them plain, but recently started to mix up some ingredients in them which has made them even that much more enjoyable.
- All you have to do is rinse/drain the Chick Peas (I recommend allowing them to drain for 30 minutes or more).
- Next, toss in ingredients.
- Spread on baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes at 400 degrees until crunchy
- Store in air tight container and enjoy!
Soy and Sesame
- Soy sauce
- Sesame seeds
- A dash of Worcestershire
Rosemary and Garlic
- Fresh Rosemary
- Minced Garlic
- Parm cheese
What do you snack on throughout the day? I’d love some more ideas!

I absolutely love chickpeas. I roast them, I eat them broiled, I make them into hummus, I use them in salads and soups. They are yummy and healthy. Thanks for sharing this Amy.
And BTW, You have a beautiful home. Love your foyer especially what you hung on the walls with the frames and keys.
