This dress is too perfect for a casual New Years or even wine with the ladies. I love how the metallic skirt gives it a little holiday flair, but it’s also casual enough to be worn year round. 

I am back to work today and so sad about it! I love the holidays and I definitely have the holiday blues from them being over! My friend Kat and I were discussing how abrupt the season ends the other day- I wish it could last a full week (or two!)

On another note, today is mine and Aaron’s second year anniversary. I am so lucky to have him as my friend and my husband. He is the most hard working, determined person I know and I am lucky everyday that he picked me to marry. Since we both work today and tomorrow, we are keeping festivities simple by trying a new dinner place tonight, but I am excited nonetheless. Life the past two years with a huge move and residency has been anything but ordinary, but I can’t imagine going through it with anyone else. Happy Anniversary Aaron, I love you so much!
