Today I wanted to share a quick and easy recipe that’s perfect for packing up as gifts or just sitting around in cute little dishes for people to munch on during holiday entertaining. Rosemary spiced nuts! I used Ina Garten’s recipe (Ina can do no wrong in my book) and they turned out amazing. As opposed to just using cashews like her recipe called for, I used a Planter’s Holiday Tin Mixed Nuts which I picked up from the sleigh display at Walmart. 

Also while I went in to get the nuts, I saw something about the Blippar app – have y’all heard of it? It let’s you scan packaging of some of the biggest grocery brands and then do things like virtually try on (think nail polish, etc), play games with your favorite brands, browse recipes and so much more! Download it here for free! I had so much fun browsing the recipes for the nuts, though I still decided to go back to Ina Garten’s recipe simply because I love her!

These are seriously a great thing to munch on to be more health conscious during the holidays instead of just popping cookies left and right (but hey, who doesn’t love a Christmas cookie!).
