Tees of Gold

I must admit, I went back and forth about this gold tee from Anthropologie, but I must say since I took the plunge, I might be considering the silver one as well. It’s a great layering piece and of course will be perfect season in and out!

On another note, isn’t this the perfect layered, casual look? I threw it together a little unsure a few weeks ago when the weather was a tad warmer and Im so glad I did (and it may be on repeat in my closet). It was comfy, casual and I could move around in it!

Durham is getting freeeezing rain today which is funny considering Aaron and I picked NC because of the climate. I would much rather have snow. There is one thing I’ve learned since being here- people in warmer climates can’t drive in the elements, so even though I’m accustomed to snow/ice driving (albeit still dangerous),  try to avoid the roads at all costs around here because of other drivers! So if you’re getting snow/ice, etc today, make sure to stay safe y’all!

    That is a beautiful top – it's a good thing you snagged that!! I do love that layered look – good job! 🙂 Oh, and true statement about warm weather inhabitants and the inability to handle icy roads (we have ice here and there have been accidents all over the place).

    I'm pretty sure you're the best snow/rain driver in the SOUTH. Granted, California drivers can't drive in the rain either because it never rains here so when it does it's like INSTANT sirens! That gold tee is so cute, I must have one immediately. And love the jeans! XO

    The gold tee is so pretty! I love the whole look actually, especially the layering! I just got myself a gold jumper and I'm waiting (somewhat inpatiently!) until June to wear it (it's summer time here in Aus!).
