Guys this post is going to be short and sweet for two reasons. 1. It’s dirt easy and 2. It’s a “sweet” get it?!? I am so lame, I apologize, but not really….
My husband and I have been trying to seriously watch what we eat lately. Not to get super personal, but I’ve gained more weight than I care to admit in the last few months despite working out and I am just feeling not myself and very frumpy. So, low and behold a healthy “dessert.” These actually are delicious, but I’ll be honest, if you don’t like greek yogurt (or regular yogurt, they may not be for you).
Anyway, here is what you need:
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt (I used Vanilla)
- 1 package, sugar free jell-o (I used Orange)
Yep, that’s it.
Basically, you mix the yogurt and jell-o throw it in a cupcake liner and freeze until semi solid or jiggly. Top with some fat free reddi whip and voila, a sweet little treat that doesn’t ruin your early morning workout.
Now, would a vanilla milkshake with hot fudge and 100 cherries on top be better? Hells yea, but that also wont make my jeans fit right. I am really trying here. I know this weekend will be a bust with my parents visiting, but I plan to get off on the right foot come Monday morning.
