Vino + Italia + White Elephant Designs (and a Giveaway!)

Every time I wear this skirt (also styled here), I literally obsess in my head about heading back to Italy, more particularly wine country in Tuscany. <le sigh> I think it’s the navy coloring and the vertical stripes that gets me, and I’m glad I snatched it at J.Crew even if I did pay full price. 
I can just pictures rolling through the little towns in these adorable striped wedges, this skirt and my straw tote. Sadly guys, I don’t think that’s going to happen anytime soon, so until then, I’m going to stroll around the city of Durham and pretend to be in Italy. It’s basically the same thing. 

One shop helping me at least “play” the part of a true Italian (by drinking wine)? White Elephant Designs. Have y’all been on their site? Not only do they carry such adorable jewelry and home decor, but most of it’s personalized. These wine glasses are so fun and shatter proof. I’ve dropped them numerous times and voila, still intact! Perfection for drinking wine, water or anything else your heart desires out of!

Our glassware cabinet is filled to the brim, but my husband loves that we can put these on top and if one falls out when we open the cabinet that it doesn’t break! Plus, I think he was happy I went for our married monogram ALA instead of ALM (my initials).
