Did you see Tuesday’s post? I am loving maxi dresses more than ever this summer because of their versatility. I am crushin’ on this one right now, but wondering if it’s too similar to the one I’m wearing in these photos. I know I’ve been carrying this straw tote  a lot lately, but I just find it to be a great summer staple. I actually bought this bag years ago from J.Crew (probably 5-6). I am pretty sure I had it in college, I can’t remenber. Anyway, I love it, but it’s showing some wear, so I recently picked this one up (which is on major sale) and Im loving it. 


Aaron is off this weekend and we previously had planned to go to a cabin for a little R&R, but we recently decided to just stay put in Durham and enjoy our house and each other for the weekend. Nothing like a little stay cation, am I right? Still though, I have such an itchin’ to get away for a bit. We have a family vacation planed in September, but that just seems so far away!
