Every Dress has a Story…

This dress y’all…from the moment I saw it, I knew I needed it. So, I placed an order on Nordstrom (have you checked their Anniversary Sale going on btw). When I got it, I immediately threw it on to go out until I realized, it’s pretty see through. I asked Aaron “can I wear this out?” His response, “well, I can see you’re wearing lace underwear, but do whatever you want.” Thanks Aaron, realy helpful….


Even with white/cream under garments on, you could still see, so off it went into a pile until I could get a slip. I figured as an almost 30 year old woman, it was time to invest anyway, so I picked this one up and POOF, perfect! I know people shy away from sheer things, and this dress isn’t exactly sheer, but it is lightweight. Anyway,  slip is no fuss and comfortable, so don’t shy away, get a slip!

I styled this dress differently this past weekend and again, so happy I bought it. Anyway, hope y’all had a great weekend, back to Monday again, but that’s just how it goes. Here’s to a great Monday for you!
