If you follow me on Instagram (@amy_cbandbp), you saw I posted this Maggy London dress last week. It’s jersey fabric, which reminds me of college dorm sheets and is just extremely comfortable. I paired it with these heels for work, then out to grab drinks with a friend and I was honestly so comfortable all day. Jersey is pretty much as close to pajamas as I can wear to my office!


How was everyone’s holiday weekend? Did you see awesome fireworks or shop the amazing sales going on? We had some friends visiting from out of town, so although I’m so tired from the weekend, I’m thankful that they came! I know it’s so hard to make time for road trips and visits as we get older, but it truly is so special to spend that time together and we had so much fun! They hadn’t been to Durham to visit yet, so we tried to find a balance between showing them our town and also just relaxing and chatting a ton! We had a great time with them and were very sad to see them go! I hope y’all had a great weekend too! 

What’s the next holiday? Labor Day? ugh, that seems VERY far away! Maybe I should make my own….
