I’m at a point in my life where I can’t shop til I drop anymore. There are bills to be paid, responsibilities to be met and money to save for our future (sucks being an adult!). I have really been trying to be conscience of what I buy lately to make sure I love it and can wear it over and over again. Basics are my favorite because with a little tweaking you can extend the wear through seasons and mood changes. This olive dress is perfection. It’s basic enough for numerous wears and a hot color for fall. Plus, I feel like the belted waist would be really flattering on all body types. Above are three ways I can imagine wearing this dress and can I just say, those booties in the first look…love!

Cute! Great post idea. I recently got an olive shirt and I'm just waiting until the weather gets cooler so I can wear it with black leggings, brown riding boots, and a sweater. Can't wait!
