Kini Swimwear



The weather is about to turn very rainy and very cold with this hurricane on the horizon, and while I’m ready for cooler weather, I’m not quite ready for the amount of rain we are about to have over the course of the next week. However, while I love fall- I know as soon as winter hits, I’ll be warm beach wishin’ and suntan thinkin’. That’s why no matter what the season, I am always on the lookout for a perfect bikini or swimsuit. When we went to Hilton Head a few weeks back, I was able to wear my Kini Swimsuit that I personally designed. The design process is so easy and fun. Have you ever found a swimsuit you love, but it’s not the right fit or cut for your body? Yea, me too- all the time. But what’s great about Kini Swimwear is you can pick not only your patterns and colors, but also the style suit that fits your body best.

The Shop Your Shape option allows you to see what others with your build are wearing if you are unsure. 

As you can see from photos, I opted for a ruched boy short fit and a ruffled halter top. I mixed and matched patterns which is what I love to do and I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. I got so many compliments on the suit and I’m already planning a beach vacation in my mind somewhere this winter. 

In all honesty, the design process is so easy and it walks you step by step so you don’t ever feel confused. Additionally, I have to say, I was a little skeptical about the material and quality of the suit but it truly surpassed my expectations. It’s great quality and the color is so rich. Plus, it washed up really well which is ALWAYS a plus when it comes to swimwear. The bottoms do run slightly small, so I sized up which I would suggest doing and because it’s an Australian company, if you’re in the states, I would recommend allotting extra shipping time for arrival. 

It’s raining in Durham and I got into Cincy Thursday night and it’s been gross here too. Here is to warm sunshine and beaches hopefully soon!
