Since I work in communications by day and blog in the evenings, I am constantly staring at a computer screen, which can be a little dreadful on my eyes. I don’t typically wear my glasses out and about running errands, but sometimes if I’ve had bad headaches that week, or just feel a little “fuzzy” they can help drastically. Which means, that sometimes, my glasses have to go from “work to play.” I always love it when I wear them out and my friends surprisingly ask me if I wear glasses.

In fact, my husband told me the other day I should wear them out more, but he has perfect eyes, so he doesn’t quite get that I don’t necessarily need them 100% of the time. #badeyeprobs  Sometimes though, I feel like they really make an outfit and I’ll slide them on for fun because they are that finishing touch that every outfit needs. I guess if you think about it, glasses are an accessory just like a pair of shoes. You can dress them up and down depending, just like I’ve done with this like this drape cardigan that I love.

The tricky thing about accessories (and glasses) is knowing if they will look good or not. Luckily thanks to some sites, you can virtually “try on” glasses which saves you the hassle of buying a pair you wont end up liking.
