I love a good gingham shirt and this shirt and bag combo make me want to go on a picnic. It’s funny, if you follow me on snap chat (Welchie24), you saw that this past weekend I actually hosted a picnic baby shower and I was this close to busting out this top for it. I opted for this dress instead though. Have you ever tried anything from the Maison Jules line here? I found a top I loved a few years back and now I check it out every now and again. This shirt is so soft, almost like flannel, but not as heavy/warm. Perfect for spring (and picnics).

In all honesty though, I was here the other day and saw a ton of picnic baskets, apparently everyone has them on their mind. I actually bought one last year from C.Wonder (RIP- I miss that store) and we used it a few times last summer. There is a winery nearby that you can take your own food to and they do outdoor music, etc. We go a few times each summer, grab a bottle of wine an just sit and listen to tunes with friends. It makes for a really great Saturday.

I’ve actually been wanting to visit Charlottesville, VA for awhile since they have a ton of wineries throughout. Hopefully that will be a trip we get to make soon! Have you been? I’d love to know what wineries were your favorites!
