There is nothing more feminine than a silk blouse, floral heels and a gorgeous A line skirt. But seriously this skirt is so perfect for spring- I’m already envisioning it with a simple tee and some converse sneakers. It’s eyelet detail is absolutely stunning! I love all of the pieces they have because they are timeless, classic and amazing quality. I think people often associate the brand as an older women clothing line, but I find so many great staples that I love there, and the men’s clothing is amazing as well (Aaron is a big fan). If you love preppy, they always have fun prints and patterns as well.

So yesterday I got in my car and it wouldn’t start. I was already late for work, tired from the wonderful weekend in Chicago with my girlfriends and it was Monday (need I say more). I have literally never had bad car trouble, so I was a little “oh no, what do I do now.” This all on top of my husband’s windshield breaking and someone hitting my car while he was driving it this past weekend since he didn’t want his window breaking more. Needless to say, not a great last few days for our cars…I mean, when it rains it pours, right?

Luckily, today is a new day and my car has started since getting it jumped by roadside assistance. Let’s hope it keeps cranking! Car trouble is the worst kind of trouble!

    gorgeous and classy! too many bloggers wearing “dresses” that look like tops! if you have to hold your hand over your front in almost all your photos to make sure you don’t flash everyone, it’s too short. thanks for showing you can still look great while wearing actual clothes!
