Patio Wishin

Patio Set / Lights / Planter Set / Ceramic Table / Umbrella  / Pillows / Napkins / Beverage Tub / Lantern / Pitcher / Fig

I think I’ve mentioned before that when we bought our house I was a little less than pleased. We had been searching, searching, searching for a house and we landed on the one we’re currently in because we got tired of looking honestly. It has great natural light, but overall all is your typical “cookie cutter home”- nothing special. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but I always thought we’d buy this old house as our first home, Chip and Joanna Gaines style (don’t we all). So ever since we moved in, I’ve been on a mission to give it character, very well knowing this is only our four year home and not forever home. That means everything must be reasonable, and in budget of course! I don’t want to spend a ton knowing that whatever house we’re in next may not fit our purchases, ideas, or vision.

One of the main areas I’ve been wanting to revamp oddly is our patio. We live on an incline, so the deck is small, but I will admit our view is beautiful, overlooking wood and often deer and bunnies in the morning and evenings. Right now, our deck is boring and we spend a ton of time out there in the summer so it really bothers me. Grill, small patio set that’s uncomfortable and some candles…that’s it. I want it to be a little oasis for us to relax with the dogs and friends and somewhere I can take my computer in te morning with a cup of coffee and blog. Above are some items I’m loving. I’ve been searching a lot around for pieces and I have come to the conclusion that ATG Stores is an amazing resources for larger and quality pieces, Pottery Barn is great for those small must haves, and let’s be honest, Target is for anything in between.

I mean, those little napkins? I already bought them. 😐 ha. Also, can anyone give me your fiddle fig tips? I bought one a bit ago from here and I think I’m killing it softly (get it?). But honestly, mine has brown spots. HELP.

Where are your outdoor home decor stores? Share, I’d love to know where you draw you inspiration!
