If you’re a male and you read this blog, first of all thank you. That means so much, especially if you’re not my husband and required to! Second, this post probably isn’t for you, so I’ll warn you in advance. Today I’ve teamed up with Kohls to share the 5 pair of underwear every woman should own. Now, I know we all have our favorite style and we probably wear is day in and day out. But, there are occasions that come along requiring a different pair and as women, we should always be prepared.
This one is a no brainer to me. IS it my favorite? Definitely not, but it’s practical. Think white jeans, white skirts, any pant that’s tight and maybe slightly see through (linen perhaps). There have been so many times I’ve thrown on white jeans to find my lace underwear peeking through. Seamless panties for the rescue! Not the most sexy pair any of us will wear, but quite possibly the most functional!
Perfect for a lounge day, that great pair of boyfriend jeans and just feeling plain ole’ comfy. The best match is these plus a short skirt or summer dress on a windy day. You may have a Marilyn moment, but at least you’ll be covered!

Avoid all visible panty lines by opting for something “barely there” in a thong or g-string. Perfect for tighter dress or skirt where you want to keep the attention on your outfit and not your panty line.
I know some people are naturally thin and don’t need these, but I still beg to differ. They are smoothing, flattering and Kim K is obsessed, so I guess we should be too. While #3 is great for some outfits, if I know I’ll be wearing something tight, and then eating and drinking a lot, it’s the shape wear pair to the rescue. The scene from this movie still make me laugh (anyone else excited/nervous for the last one and if it will be terrible?).
Lastly every woman should have that one pair of underwear that is SO comfortable you feel like you’re just wrapped in your favorite t-shirt all over. This pair is the pair you can wear wen you’re feeling your worst. If they are cute too, bonus!
Luckily with Kohls, I’m able to find all of these amazing selections without breaking the bank. Personally, I’ve never been one to spend a ton on undergarmets. I just don’t see the point, I’d rather invest in an awesome blazer or jacket, something people can actually see and make me feel great in.
