I shared this dress on instagram already and I love it, so I thought I’d shoot a whole blog post because it’s just lovely. It’s one of those perfect summer dresses that is light, yet lined. Casual, yet dressy. All good things. I actually love this line because it’s classic and I love the face of the company. Sweet Home Alabama is one of my all time favorite movies, so how could I not love a clothing line by someone Southern and adorable? I wore this to dinner with Aaron, but honestly, I think it could totally be dressed down with sandals and a big straw hat, just like I think it could be paired with nude strappy heels for a gorgeous summer wedding. Items like this are my favorite because I find myself day dreaming all the amazing ways they can be worn. Now to get a lot of fancy events on my calendar!

It’s only Wednesday, but I’m already dreaming of what the weekend has in store. I’m embarrassed to admit, I have yet to unpack from vacation and our house is a mess, so cleaning both should actually be at the top of my priority list! I am determined to be the most productive person on the planet today, but those 8 hours of work really seem to get in my way! LOL I applaud people with children that make it all work, I don’t know how you do it. But I guess like Tim Gunn says, “make it work!”

Speaking of work, I need to go shower. I just went for a run and am pretty gross. Where are you fall? Or even 80 degree temps? Fell free to make an appearance any day, I wouldn’t be sad at all.
