Simple Black Tee Dress

I picked this simple black tee dress up a few weeks ago on a whim and I’m surprised at how much I like it. It’s ribbed which I ALWAYS stay away from, but since I bought it online, I thought, ‘maybe it wont be that ribbed. I don’t know if it technically is or isn’t, but I really like it and for under $30 (and $20 in many colors), you really can’t go wrong. Dress is up with some heels and a blush trench (amazing piece from Boho Blu, also posted about them here) Or wear it less dressy with some wedges, or even white sneaks! Also, side note, but can we discuss this necklace / earring combo from my dear friend’s online shop of local artisans? The tribal necklace is actually a Turkish rug and I’ve been wearing it non stop. It also comes in a thicker weave, but I like to start small. 🙂

So Aaron is getting sick, which honestly never happens. In all the time I’ve been with him, I never remember him being sick or having a cold. I guess it was bound to happen eventually poor guy. That said though, last night he asked me how to make Green Tea. Guys, we’re talking about a physician with 8+ years of higher education….shake my head. All of those memes about men being pitiful when they are sick is 100% true. Is it the same for you and your guy?

While sickie is in bed, G has been chillaxing with me, but apparently it’s time for me to turn in too because she just went upstairs. I get the hint Georgia!
