I’ve never been a huge fan of leggings, but recently I picked up this entire look from Kristen’s when Aaron and I recently had to go run an errand nearby. I absolutely love their items because they are amazing quality. Cashmere is always a win in my book and I love an unexpected detail in a piece of clothing like this top (it’s got a lightweight fabric back) and these leggings are kind of faux leather-esque, but extremely thick so they almost feel like regular pants. Cream + Black is a combo you can never go wrong with in my mind. Anyway, while Aaron did his thing, I stopped by the Parlour Blow Dry Bar and had my hair washed. BEST.THING.EVER. I absolutely hate washing my hair, but even worse is drying it, so when I have the opportunity to have someone do it for me, I am all about it. I once told Aaron if I was a millionaire I’d pay someone to wash/dry my hair everyday and also a professional arm tickler. He thinks I’m super weird, but whatever. 🙂

Aaron was so nice to snap some pics for me and then we headed to Cheshire Cat which has easily become my favorite antique store in the triangle because they have an amazing record selection. I was able to score The Beatles White Album for $30 which is amazing! My parent’s gave Aaron their records from the 70s a few years ago for Christmas, so we’ve been slowly adding to that collection ever since and it’s something we enjoy doing together (both buying, searching and listening to them). Do y’all have a record player? We just have this one, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. They make great gifts if you know a music lover!

Does anyone else feel like time is flying by right now? I mean, almost November and then Christmas. I need to get shopping! Have you started?

    OMG I so hear you about the hair-washing thing. Especially in Asia, wherein a hair-wash also involves the loveliest scalp massage. Bliss!!!

    Ummm yes I hear you on the hair drying!! My hair is SO thick and it takes forever to dry. If I could only afford weekly blow outs 😉 xx
