Tassel Little Black Dress

Tassels, tassels, tassels – I seriously love ’em so when I saw this dress from local shop Uniquities, I knew it had to be mine. Do I need another black dress? No. But this one has sleeves and tassels, so there was no hope. I couldn’t find the dress online, but if you’re local, Uniquities has numerous shops around the Triangle if you want to see if you can still find this online, mine is from the Cameron Village location.

How was everyone’s weekend? What did ya do? Something amazing? I hope so. Friday night I had some fun with Snapchat (welchie24) while I waited for Aaron to finish up work, then we had TACOS. I think I could seriously eat Mexican food every.single.day.of.my.life. Why is it so amazing? Tacos, fajitas, it’s all so good. I’ve been to Italy and while I love some pasta/great pizza, is there really any argument for some amazing Mexican? I agree, no. The day the taco emoji came out, I was a happy girl. 🙂

I finally say The Girl on the Train Saturday night which I thought was great, but not as good as the book (I mean, is it ever as good as the book? NO). Then we shopped on Sunday at Great Outdoor Provisions in Cameron Village to gear up for the coming months. I always forget how cute some of the vests, scarves, etc are in those outdoor stores. I also snagged a pair or duck boots that I’d been wanting!

I hope your weekend was the same, a little fun, a little relaxation. The best of both worlds. I guess that’s why Monday comes back around, we need to reminded how precious those days are. So fill those coffee cups up and cheers to Monday because we’re all blessed for another day!
