Wow, the beginning of this week got away from me, I can’t believe it’s already Humd Day (but that’s a good thing!) Sorry for being a little MIA- Aaron and I forwent being productive on Sunday which means we started the week a little behind, and then Monday night was a bust because of the Trick-or-Treaters. Did you have any? We had so many cute ones! The World Series isn’t helping my productivity either. I am typically not a big baseball on television person- I think it’s long and boring, but when two of your favorite teams are playing against one another for the title and neither have won a Championship in over 50+ years, it’s hard not to watch (especially when your husband and his family are HUGE Cubs fans).

Anyway, Aaron and I have been spending a lot of time exploring other areas of the triangle lately. He was picking something up at Great Provisions the other day and I finally scored some adorable duck boots (I’ll share next week). I also picked up this fringe vest. It’s no surprise that I love long line vests, they cover my thighs just enough and I just love how versatile they are, so this suede like fringe one from Kannon’s Women was a no brainer. Walking in there also made me so excited for the holidays because they had so many gorgeous sparkly dresses! I can’t believe it’s almost that time for the holidays again! I honestly feel like I was just shopping for them last year. I can gladly say that I have started Christmas shopping and I have completely checked a few people off my list (insert praise hand emoji). I say this every year, but my goal is to be done by the second week in December so I can actually sit back, relax and enjoy the season!
