Dress / Fur / Boots / Heels / Blazer / Bag / Sunglasses
Happy Monday! (Or is it? 🙂 )
Yesterday was oh, so, beautiful and I felt like it was spring.Aaron and I spent all day yesterday checking items off our to-do list. Y’all, “adulting” is the pits! We woke up to 75 degree weather and a list of chores that requires cleaning the garage and switching some rugs around. #blesshim
Regardless, after an amazing day like yesterday, it almost makes it silly to show y’all how to transition a dress from winter to spring, but just in case it’s still chilly where y’all are, I thought it would be fun to show you have I’m styling this WAYF stripped dress two ways. It so crazy how easily you can take a great item and make it work for a different season. I think often we get so caught up in wearing something new, that we forget how to make something “new” to us for the season. This dress is a great example because I didn’t change the dress, I just changed the things paired with it. Boot to heels, fur to a jacket. While this is a more “dressy” look, imagine this dress paired with white sneakers and a jean jacket. Can you picture it? (I’m a visual person, so I like to be sure). I wish I had all the time to show y’all how many looks I can pull off with one item, but trust me, that’s #goals for y’all. Here is a promise though, I promise that 90% of what I wear can be worn, time and time again. Because NO ONE normal has all the $$$ to just wear something once, #amiright? And if I don’t, please comment below and say “uhhhhh, Amy- whats another way to wear this?”.
Deal? Deal.
Now, fill those coffee cups up and add 2-3 shots of extra espresso (I need it!). Have a great week y’all!
