Happy Sunday friends! Yesterday Aaron and I spent the day running errands which included shoe shopping for Aaron (womp womp). I practically had to drag him to get new shoes and yet, he’s been complaining for weeks about how badly he needs new shoes. Does anyone else have a significant other that’s similar? Whelp, I probably shop enough for both of us, so oh well. 🙂 While he shopped for shoes, I was able to pop into my wax place and get my eyebrows done before going back and basically telling Aaron no to every pair of shoes he’d picked out. 🙂 Okay, not really, but kind of.
Before we left for Boston, we headed to buy some “spring, yet warm clothes” if that makes any sense, lol. I love this peplum top with bell sleeves and opted to go a size larger than I typically wear so it would fit a little bigger. It was a great layering piece for Boston and actually the first item I’ve picked up fro Charlottes (super cute store if you’re local).
Aaron and I are heading to the driving range today and then planning to grill out with some friends later. It will be the first “BBQ” of the season and I’m really looking forward to it along with some yard games. Yay for cornhole! Do y’all have that game where you are? It wasn’t as big when we moved here four years ago, but in the past few years it’s seemed to pick up and now a bunch of outdoor bars have it around town. I also know people call it different things, like bags I think? Regardless, if you haven’t played, y’all def. should, it’s fun!
