Greetings from Boston! How was everyone’s weekend? I am currently typing this in my PJ’s because Aaron headed out to the conference this morning and I need to take it a little easy today! Yesterday we hopped on the train to Harvard and walked around the campus (which is beautiful btw), then we proceeded to just keep walking. We passed through MIT, then MassGen, then before we knew it we were close to our Airbnb so… we just kept walking. Essentially we were the Forrest Gumps of walking yesterday. Aaron had walked over 13 miles (he walked to the conference and back before we started our journey) and I walked 9 miles, so needless to say, my feet are sore and I’m enjoying some coffee with the sounds of the city behind me this morning while he goes off and does smart people things. We are really loving this city, I just wish it were a tad warmer. I did not pack appropriately, so I’m a bit chilled. But the sun is out today which means it’s going to be a good day and I’m not at work, so throw up all the emoji touchdown hands.  I wish WordPress had emojis.

Before the trip, I popped into the Mod Mule in Cameron Village to find some jeans. It’s a new boutique, so I of course needed to check it out and found these amazing McGuire denim jeans. I’d actually never heard of the brand, but the fact that they didn’t need hemmed and actually fit my thighs+waist was a big YES. I’ve bee wearing them around the city and they don’t stretch out which is amazing. Yesterday I made the mistake of wearing a pair of pants that did stretch and ended up in the Gap buying a belt I don’t even like to keep my pants up. OY.

I hope y’all have a great Monday. I’m on cup two of coffee and am about to down the biggest, most covered everything bagel I’ve ever seen!
