Do you guys every just have one of those weekends that you just feel like a wave of stress is off your back? After a crazy week last week, Aaron and I spent some down time this past weekend, but we also managed to check quite a few things off our “spring” to-do list. While we golfed a little and hung with friends, we also tackled our dreaded crawl space/garage. Now when I say crawl space, don’t be fooled, this thing is huge and you can walk all around in it, so ever since we moved in, we’ve been stuffing anything and everything down there instead of dealing with it. All of a sudden it just really started getting to me. We will be moving from Durham sometime next year and that means packing up our house and moving a ton of boxes, the last thing I want to do is take a Barbie collection from second grade with us. So I’ve literally made a list of every closet/drawer, etc. in our house and I am slowly checking them off one by one to purge. Since Aaron was off, he so kindly obliged and helped with the garage and crawl space this weekend and it feels good! I tried to take a cue from this book but I do admit, it’s hard to throw away your second grade drawings away. 🙂

Any-who, can we talk about this adorable top from Cameron Village’s Bevello? I love everything in there and it’s my go-to boutique when I need something in a pinch that’s adorable, affordable and something no one else will have. I wore it for Cinco de Mayo and it just seemed perfect since it was colorful and cooler last Friday. I hope y’all drank some margaritas and ate 1000 tacos! That’s my dream day in any world!

Now since it’s Monday comes the coffee, have a great one friends!
