Yay! It’s 4th of July time and who doesn’t love this time of year?! Every one is so patriotic and the SALES! Y’all they are amazing! So naturally, I’m sharing them with you today, along with an outfit in case you need some inspiration for tomorrow! It’s been so hot/humid in Durham, so hats and top knots FOR THE WIN! I love baseball caps and I felt extremely nostalgic the other days when I pulled our alma mater hat out for the day. We attending Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Every time I wear this hat someone asks me what part of Florida I’m from, well I’m not. 🙂 Miami U (where we went to school) was actually a University before Florida even became a state in our country, so boo-ya! Another little tidbit of information for ya, Aaron and I are actually Miami Mergers. For some reason, where we went to school has a crazy high rate of coupling students; 14% of alum are married to each other where at other schools it’s 3-9%. Every year at Valentines, we get a card from the University and they even have the world record the most couples renewing their wedding vows. Guinness recognized this in 2009 during an Alumni Weekend. 1,087 couples participated, breaking the previous record of 624. I can’t make this stuff up ya guys. Anyway, I love Miami just in case you wanted to know!
