Babes, we made it! Friday! Thank goodness. Aaron is taking his boards as we speak, we’re celebrating a friends birthday tonight and tomorrow we leave for a full week or exploring, baby mooning and what I hope bring lots of reading (which I haven’t had time to do in ages). I feel like Aaron and I both really need this vacation. He actually texted me the other day and said “I’m looking forward to hanging out next week, I feel like we haven’t in years!.” I know that sounds crazy since we obviously live together, sleep in the same bed, chit chat everyday, but the truth is, that quality time is much needed. Between him studying for boards and working a fellow’s schedule and me working full time and blogging basically full time, many of our evenings each week are spent “together” sitting at the dinning room table with our noses in study books of laptop screens.  Sure, we’re in the same room, but it’s not exactly quality time. I know life is busy though, it’s just nice to be able to have something to look forward to!

Speaking of vacation, THIS CARDIGAN will be coming with me. It’s been going everywhere with me in fact and while I know it’s expensive, it’s one of those pieces you’ll wear time and time again. I actually got my long line cardigan during the Nordstrom Sale, so since I understand cashmere can get a bit $$, I’ve also listed a similar option above and linking a few more below! A good long line cardigan is the best because you can easily throw it over everything and anything, so if you don’t have one, you should invest!
