Drawstring Shorts Outfit Details

The last few days have been an utter whirlwind between staying with my brother in law, running errands, meeting with contractors, etc. I forgot how challenging moving can be, and when you add an infant into the mix…wowza. 🙂 I have been living each day in go-to easy outfits that are comfortable and I can move around in. I picked these drawstring shorts up from here for less than $15 and I thought I’d just wear them as lounge shorts for around the house, but I quickly started wearing them just about everywhere. I typically shy away from shorts, but it has just been too hot in NC to wear jeans (or anything really, but that’s not publicly acceptable), so I’ve been reaching for these (and the multiple other colors I bought). Did you see this post? Scoring a similar look-a-like pair for under $15 is all gravy to me and I’m always happy to scoop up multiple pieces for that price if I know they are getting a ton of seasonal wear.
We’ve been in Columbus a few days now and it still feels like we’re just visiting. I have one million emotions running through my mind at any given time and I still wish I could have sat down with each and every person in Durham to tell the individually how much they’ve meant to me on this journey.
